-it is pretty hard to cut the chocolate so make sure to use a very sharp knife
-keep it in the fridge (best until the moment you give it to someone) and wrap only one at a time
-the not so perfect edges can be cut into triangles which you can put into a little bag (just as I did) so there is no waste
In a couple of minutes we are off to Hungary to meet our families for the holidays. Yesterday's flight was cancelled because the Hungarian airport was closed down due to heavy snow. Fingers crossed that there will be no problem today!!
